Video: Scissor sisters - Fire with Fire

Първоначално се изненадах - защо за бога Scissor sisters звучат като Killers и на всичко отгоре са пуснали бавна песен за първи сингъл. Все пак, ако не е мега диско, не мисля, че мога да го понеса добре от тях.
Слава богу, всичко си дойде на място към припева. Все още звучаха като Килърс, но поне го имаше сизърския елемент. За съжаление, песента не е една от най-великите им, текста също, особено на припева. И като изключим, че подобен клип е правен поне още от трима изпълнители, има какво още да желаем. Дори в сравнение с предишния им албум, които заби досадното, но набиващо се в главата I Don't Feel Like Dancin' (с продуцент Елтън Джон) още отначало. Е, все пак и аз имам проблем с тях и рядко тяхна песен ми харесва още от първо слушане. Все още не съм чул албума, обикновено в него са малките бисерчета.

Новият албум на Alina Orlova - Mutabor трябвало да е излязъл по магазините в родината й вчера, но тьй като няма шанс да дойде до тук, следа от него в блогърските сайтове и мрежите за даунлоуд също все още няма. И все пак, от заслушване в няколко песни качени в Youtube може да разберем, че е еволюирала доста - песните са по-дълги, с повече инструменти, с по обработен глас. И докато чакаме да се появи, част от него за да се уверите:

В новият си клип Кейти Пери играе кифла, както във всички в последно време. Жалко, че въпреки доброто си начало, тя премина леко този сингър-сонграйтърски имидж и се заби директно в манджа попа. И все пак няколко от предимствата на клипа са Снууп Дог и сравнително приятният припев.

Пускам това клипче заради предстоящия концерт на Елтън Джон в София. Само след около седмица, на 13 юни, българските фенове ще могат да чуят най-добрите стари и нови хитове на очилатия музикант. Аз лично не съм от феновете, но колкото и да ми е трудно да си призная, Сър Елтън е доста голяма работа не само на Острова, но и в музикалния бизнес изобщо.
